SHIPPING POLICY

 

All orders are shipped from Dublin, Ireland.

 

Ireland: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days via An Post Registered Mail. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days.

 

EU (excluding Ireland): Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days via registered mail or third-party courier depending on your location. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

 

TRACKING

 

All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

DELAYS

 

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier volume. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@ruhesleep.com.

Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) on business days are typically dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
